TS-A6993R Features Carbon Graphite IMPP Interlaced Aramid/Basalt Fiber Cone One of our major speaker breakthroughs was IMPP (Injection-Molded Polypropylene), which allowed cones to be lighter AND more rigid. Then we added long stands of Aramid fibers into the mix, for extra strength. removed the jbl factory law in my 95 town car these speaker sound great pioneer head unit no amp great highs mids and bass for the money u cant beat them. I have a 12in sub in my tahoe this puts out just as good , u cant go wrong

Awesome aftermarket radio : Clarion CZ501 CD/MP3/WMA Receiver with USB and Bluetooth

I supplanted an old not so great Sony Cd receiver in order to gain a Usb and Bluetooth interface. What a great decision to go with the Clarian Cz501. I've been seeing at possibilities for months but couldn't by comparison the $. This receiver was very cheap and had all the features I was seeing for. So far I haven't played nearby with the iPod relationship bucause I put all my popular music on a consolidate of tiny 8Gb thumb drives and now there is no real need for the Cd drive though it works well. It took about five minutes initially to connect my phone to Bluetooth and it connects flawlessly to the radio within a few seconds of beginning the car and the faceplace placed microphone works quite well with no real need to add an external microphone. It even seamlessly transfers an active call to Bluetooth when I get in the car without any performance on my part. Automaticly switching the audio to the car speakers and microphone without any call disruption. I couldn't be more satisfied with this receiver and the sound is quite thorough on my 25 year old Porsche 944 premise speakers.

Following instructions included to set up display, you can pretty much get what you desire, mine is set to display the clock now without the facility "demo" display. Eq displays too with center displayed. Eq settings can be customized also having the described default settings and saved on a custom setting. On the Xplod facility Eq setting, this unit will blast you out with bass thump if you have a decent amped sub without adding +db. Max the +db out and your rattling screws loose and awaking the natives to a restless state from miles away. Yep, you read right, Eq settings are infinately adjustable to taste. The display is abundance provocative for daytime viewing and dimable for night time. The Fm gain pulls in the weakest channels with ease. The clarity of the sound is without any noticable distortion of any kind. The Cd is skip free on wash board dirt roads and clear as a bell. The unit is backward compatible with the older Xplod series units, this one plugged right into the harness of the '94 unit that ultimately bit the dust in my '93 Civic. How simple is that? You can get a pre-wired facility harness extra to simplify facility for a true plug and play install to your facility wiring. You couldn't get a great bang for your buck if you wanted to. Not to mention being digital ready??? For less than a C note???
